When can I start earning SPIFFs?To start earning SPIFFs all eligible participants must have registered for the spiff program and successfully completed the training section of the LEARNtoEARN website. Any sales made after this has been completed will be eligible for SPIFF.
We are a stocking dealer. Can I sell from my stock and still get credit on the SPIFF?Yes, stocking dealers will be able to SPIFF BR-111product sold from their existing stock as long as the sale of the product takes place after the eligible participant has registered and successfully completed the portion of the website.
Do the earning levels ever reset to zero?Yes, all earning levels will reset to zero exactly one year from the eligible participant's anniversary date.
How are the SPIFFs paid? Can I get a check?All eligible and registered participants will receive a BR-111 reloadable American Express debit card. This card will be loaded weekly with your SPIFF earnings.
No checks will be issued.
Will I be taxed on these earnings?All SPIFFs paid under this program are considered to be earned income for US income tax purposes and therefore taxable as ordinary income. If BR-111 pays you in excess of $600 in a calendar year, we are required by law to send you a 1099 Miscellaneous by January 31. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the impact on your income taxes.
Will there be any additional training or only the initial modules?We will be constantly updating the training section of our website with new training modules so stay tuned!
Why do you need my social security number and how will it be used?We require your Social Security Number for tax purposes only. Your Social Security Number will not be used for any other purpose and we use the latest encryption software to guarantee that all of your personal information is secure.
What is my anniversary date?The Anniversary date is the date an eligible participant has successfully registered and completed the training portion of the LEARNtoEARN Website.
When I get to level two payouts, do my previous sales get paid at this level as well?Once level two or level three has been reached the new payout amount will only apply to future sales of BR-111 product.
