Eligible participants: To qualify for the BR-111 Learn To Earn Continuous Spiff Program, individuals must be employed as a sales representative of an authorized BR-111 Fashion Under Foot Retailer and must be selling eligible products through eligible channels. Prior to November 1, 2008, the only eligible channel was through the showroom of an authorized Fashion Under Foot Retailer.  Effective November 1, 2008, eligible channels will also include Internet sales that are sold in compliance with BR-111's then existing Internet Sales Policy. 

Spiff Accumulations:

This SPIFF Program was designed solely to educate and reward the sales representative directly associated with the sale of BR-111 products.  Any sales representative participating in the grouping, consolidating or any activity leading to sales being reported to BR-111 that cause or attempt to cause BR-111 to pay an amount greater than what should have been paid had they been properly reported under each individual sales representatives account, will lead to the person submitting for the spiff to be placed on level one indefinitely and you will only earn what would be paid on level one without any bonuses.  BR-111 will be actively monitoring and investigating any and all suspicious activity and randomly auditing submissions to detect such activity. 

Notices and disclaimers: BR-111 reserves the right to modify or withdraw this program at any time. This includes changing the quantities needed to advance from one level to another, the payout for each spiff unit, bonuses, etc.  Failure to submit requested information may delay or prevent SPIFF issuance. BR-111 also reserves the right to interpret the rules of this promotion at its sole discretion and all decisions made by BR-111 are final. BR-111 is not responsible for any liabilities, taxes or expenses incurred by claimant as a result of this promotion. Incomplete or late filed claims will not be accepted. For this purpose, a late filed claim will be one where the distributor invoice date exceeds 90 days from the date of submission.  BR-111 will not be held responsible for technical issues resulting in lost or misdirected claims or Spiff payments. Further, BR-111 will not be held responsible for mis-directed Spiff payments resulting from anyone inappropriately submitting for and being paid for otherwise valid Spiff for sales they were not responsible for.
